Biography
Self-described Southern California urban reggae outfit 4th & Orange craft summery, positive-minded anthems that echo the style of Sublime. Their initial connection with listeners came through the 2019 single "Girl Next Door."
The group, named for intersecting streets in their hometown of Long Beach, was established in 2019 when longtime friends vocalist Garrett Douglas and keyboardist Chris "DJ Irey" Garcia joined forces. Having first met during high school, the pair devoted nearly ten years to separate musical endeavors—Douglas on songwriting and Garcia as a producer and DJ—before reuniting to launch 4th & Orange alongside guitarist Ricardo Ramirez, bassist Jacob Lucero, and drummer Sam Ward. That same year, the band released its debut single, "Girl Next Door."
