Biography
Formed as a trio in 1996, 5 Bucks! launched their take on third wave ska-punk in Boston, the city they called home. Metal influences soon entered the mix, prompting the group to join High Score Records once they had issued their independently released 1998 album Summer of '84. The arrangement produced the 1999 CD EP This Is My Girlfriend, and two years later the band delivered a split EP shared with Mission 120.
