Biography
Originating in St. Louis, MO, rockabilly revivalists 7 Shot Screamers have energized crowds across the Midwest from the late '90s forward. The lineup features Mike Leahy on vocals, Chris Powers Jr. on bass, Kevin O'Connor on drums, and Sarkes Roubanian on guitar; since forming, the group has put out the three-track self-titled single in 1999 along with the full-length album I Was a Teenage 7 Shot Screamer in 2000. That same year the quartet placed its song "River City Rebels" on the opening slot of the acclaimed rockabilly anthology Friday Night Rumble, Vol. 6, released by Run Wild Records.
