Biography
Blending praise and worship themes with guitar rock from the 1990s while drawing select influences from 21st-century urban pop, the Christian rock outfit About a Mile proves equally suited to placing its ministry-driven material on secular playlists without hesitation. The Klutinoty brothers—Adam handling guitar and vocals, Levi on drums, and Luke on bass—launched the group in Pennsylvania and selected its name after the reported distance Jesus bore his cross. Their sound soon attracted Dove Award-winning producer and songwriter Ian Eskelin, who brought the siblings together with producer Howard Benson to cut their radio-ready, self-titled debut album in 2014, anchored by the single “Satisfied.”
