Biography
Forming the pop-rock quartet Admiral Twin out of Tulsa, Oklahoma are guitarist, pianist, and vocalist John Russell alongside guitarist and keyboardist Brad Becker on vocals, bassist Mark Carr also handling vocals, and drummer Jarrod Gollihare providing vocals. The band’s name derives from a drive-in theater in their hometown, where they coalesced from assorted local acts and swiftly built recognition for dramatic stage performances together with skillfully composed power-pop. Mojo Records issued their album Mock Heroic in the middle of 2000.
