Biography
Emerging from Sweden's death metal underground toward the close of the 1980s, Afflicted issued their debut album Prodigal Sun in 1992. Within the death genre, the band stood among the first to display prog metal leanings. Dawn of Glory appeared in 1995, yet the group had already disbanded by the time the album surfaced. Their recorded output further encompasses the EP The Don't Mock EP.
