Alicia Grimes

Hailing from Chicago, Alicia Grimes operates as a vocalist, composer, and entrepreneur who produces synthy pop and R&B distinguished by quirky crossover appeal. Her creative process incorporates an enigmatic online persona alongside a home-recording aesthetic, drawing influences that span T-Pain and Money Mark through Prince and Lana Del Rey. Although she registers as a somewhat obscure industry presence, she sustains a robust online and social media profile. In tandem with her musical work, Grimes completed business classes in the '90s and launched her own Alicia Grimes Entertainment label in 2016.
