Biography
Originating from Canada, the modern jazz quartet Altered Laws features Miles Black on piano, Tom Keenlyside on flute and saxophone, Dave Robbins on drums, and Miles Foxx Hill on bass. The group issued its widely praised album Outsiders in 2007. Their accumulated expertise and sonic approach then secured a nomination for Altered Laws at the Juno Awards the next year, an event recognized as Canada’s leading music awards ceremony.
