Biography
Andre Luiz, a Brazilian singer and songwriter, first engaged with music through guitar performances alongside multiple bands spanning 1986 into the early 1990s. His initial solo album, Luz, appeared in 1992. He crossed paths with producers Vinicius Sá and Renato Luiz in 1995, and the pair consented to oversee work on his next release. Andre Luiz also launched the acoustic project Cidade Do Rock, which included live shows with Felipe Freire and opened at Rio de Janeiro's Rock in Rio Café in November 1998.
