Biography
Born in Toronto during 1962, acoustic folk-rocker Andrew Cash launched L'Etranger alongside Chuck Angus in 1980. After the group disbanded six years afterward, Cash shifted to solo work and performed regularly at a downtown Toronto hotel. His debut full-length arrived in 1988 through Island Records. Time and Place came out first, with Boomtown appearing the following year. Cash moved to MCA in 1993, issuing Hi that same year.
