Biography
Formed in Minneapolis, the ska-infused pop-punk outfit Animal Chin featured vocalist and guitarist Jamie Woolford alongside bassist Andrew Gruhn and drummer B.J. Wuollet. Their initial release came in 1997 via the album All the Kids Agree, an effort soon succeeded by the EP The Ins & Outs of Terrorism!, which appeared on Gainesville's Fueled by Ramen Records. Animal Chin called it quits just prior to the 1999 issuance of 20 Minutes from Right Now, a collection that incorporated the earlier Terrorism EP plus seven previously unheard tracks. In the aftermath, Woolford established the Stereo and Gruhn became a member of Kill Sadie.
