Biography
In her exploration of Heart’s more intense and introspective qualities, Ann Wilson turns to Tripsitter, the ensemble that backed her throughout the late 2010s and into the 2020s. After Heart entered an extended hiatus in 2017, she issued the solo albums Immortal and Fierce Bliss. To accompany her during this stretch, Wilson assembled Tripsitter by bringing in guitarist Ryan Wariner, bassist Tony Luciod, guitarist and keyboardist Paul Moak, and drummer Sean T. Lane. The group’s first joint appearance with Wilson occurred on the September 2023 album Another Door.
