Biography
Anubis Spire came into being on January 1, 1998, and captured their debut album inside a barn. Michael Leo Brothers supplies rhythm guitar and vocals, Tim Costley plays bass guitar, Mick Loher handles drums, and Bill MacKechnie performs lead guitar and vocals. MacKechnie and Costley have maintained a musical partnership since 1979, while the other members joined more recently. Their first disc, Old Lions in the World of Snarling Sheep, appeared on March 11, 2000.
