Biography
Composed of Masa, 2DD and Nanao, Audio Active produce an intensified, reggae-infused strain of hip-hop that salutes dub innovator Lee "Scratch" Perry. On the British dub label On-U Sound helmed by Adrian Sherwood, the group put out Apollo Choco in 1997 and then delivered the required follow-up remix set It's a Stony. Bong surfaced in early 2000.
