Biography
Formerly a member of the House Jacks, Willacy works as a producer while maintaining an active role as a singer-songwriter who releases his own recordings. His opening EP, akw, moves across a wide stylistic range, encompassing folk-rock and singer-songwriter material colored by light strings and accordion before shifting into hard rock that carries soul accents. The first complete album from the artist, american pi, is slated to appear in early 2000.
