Biography
Awesome Wells blend punk-pop sounds with a riot grrrl edge as an England-based trio that entered the studio for the first time in 2008. Drawing from the sounds of Elastica, Veruca Salt, and Sleater-Kinney, the Liverpool-based group features Sarah Kerton on vocals and bass, Nadine Davenport on guitar, and Kit-Cat Mackinlay on drums. Their first recording arrived that year as the four-track EP Bitch Poets, released through the independent label Filthy Little Angel.
