Biography
Forming the acid jazz duo Baby Buddah Heads were DJ Jazzy Nice and keyboardist Mitch Moses, each a longtime veteran of the downtown New York music scene. As a songwriter and producer, Moses had previously held a tenure with Brooklyn Funk Essentials, whereas Nice collaborated with Groove Collective and Guru's Jazzmatazz. The duo issued its debut album, Who's Afraid of Acid Jazz?, in late 1995.
