Biography
Formed in Mexico as a Latin rock outfit, Bandera Rota began their musical journey during the early 1990s, initially operating under the moniker Números Rojos. Their early activities included taking part in the Rock Sobre la Selva de Asfalto festival, after which they quickly shared stages with established groups like Víctimas del Doctor Cerebro and Los Estramboticos. The year 1992 saw the independent release of their debut self-titled album. By 1994, this trio had been selected for the seventh edition of the Music From the Streets festival, an event designed to showcase emerging talent. August 1995 marked the recording of a demo comprising five tracks, with the album Entre Desiertos arriving in 1998.
