Biography
BB Boogie serves as yet another alias among the countless ones adopted by West London producers and musicians, this time belonging to Daz-I-Kue and Scott Clifford. Both stand as respected figures in the broken beat collective Bugz in the Attic. Their opening release came in 2000 as a reinterpretation of Roy Ayers' "Tell Him," which appeared on the duo’s own Lawz of Motion imprint before gaining licensing from the U.S. nu-jazz label Giant Step. A limited-edition 12" single on Bitasweet appeared afterward, along with occasional contributions to assorted compilations rooted in West London.
