Biography
Emerging from Los Angeles, California, USA during the closing years of the 1980s, Beau Nasty embodied the local penchant for extravagant and exaggerated expressions. The ensemble, consisting of Mark Anthony Fretz handling vocals alongside guitarists Brian Young and George Bernhardt, bassist Doug Baker, and drummer Mike Terrana, delivered their initial release through WTG Records in 1989 titled Dirty But Well Dressed, characterized by slick, over-produced hard rock. Ironically, the album's moniker contrasted with its contents, which emphasized style over any meaningful depth.
