Biography
Russian by birth, the pianist has worked alongside an eclectic range of players drawn from free, swing-tinged, and mainstream traditions, among them Paul Bley, Warren Vache, and Lee Konitz. Two albums under his own leadership were issued on Progressive and Choice.
