Biography
During the peak years of Southern soul, Swamp Dogg oversaw recording sessions for many little-known vocalists, Bette Williams among them. She released three singles in the early 1970s, each containing songs he wrote or co-wrote. The three singles, along with one previously unheard outtake, later appeared on the 2007 anthology Swamp Dogg's Southern Soul Girls: Sandra Phillips & Bette Williams.
