Biography
Formed in Gainesville, Florida, indie pop rock outfit Big City Dreams issued their first EP, To Say the Least, through self-release channels during June 2004. Throughout the following year, consistent touring accompanied the recording of their follow-up EP, Honesty, which emerged independently toward the end of summer while selections from their catalog appeared on multiple MTV programs. In October 2005, following the exit of founding drummer Steve Pullman, vocalist/guitarist Mark Blume, bassist Scott Ripley, and guitarist/vocalist Marc Quadagno integrated Chris on drums. The early months of 2006 involved road work alongside acoustic rock group Time and Distance, and both EPs received distribution in Japan via Fabtone. Nevertheless, the ensemble parted ways by the close of August that year.
