PlayBiography
California performer and fitness advocate Big Daddy Swolls crafts energetic tracks that fuse dance-oriented electronic beats with his fluid rap-rooted delivery. His focus on delivering enjoyment aligns him with figures such as Pitbull, Nelly, and Flo Rida. The artist launched his recording career in 2018 through several singles, one of which was titled "Summertime."
Bay Area native Matthew Garrett Evans experienced a challenging childhood marked by frequent relocations alongside his single mother and repeated schoolyard harassment. Following graduation, he joined the Marines before pursuing a management degree at San Jose State University. Relocating to Los Angeles allowed him to leverage his physical build in security roles protecting artists including MC Hammer and Nicki Minaj. An unexpected encounter with a producer at the gym ultimately drew Evans into the recording studio. That same year he issued three singles that showcased his lively approach: "Burn Up" and "Go" channeled a Lil Jon energy through dense rap verses and forceful beats, whereas "Summertime" leaned toward romantic themes. By 2019 he shifted toward a more luminous electronic sound on "Get With This."
