Biography
Operating as both a DJ and producer, Bill Hammel oversees the Sunkissed imprint, an entity that has substantially advanced progressive house. Headquartered in Florida, the venture operates in tandem with its sibling label Teknology, which concentrates on a gentler sonic approach than Sunkissed. Productions from Hammel have featured across multiple albums, among them John Digweed's Bedrock compilation. In 1999 the release Bill Hammel vs. Blue Horizon appeared, spotlighting artists from the Sunkissed roster. His installment in the Nokturnel Mix Sessions series arrived in early 2000.
