Biography
In 1983 the rock band Billy Satellite assembled in Oakland, California, its roster comprising Monty Byrom on guitar, vocals, and keyboards, Danny Chauncey on guitar and keyboards, Ira Walker on bass, and Tom Fallettil on drums. The ensemble issued only a single self-titled album in 1984, which included the charting tracks “I Wanna Go Back” and Satisfy Me, prior to its dissolution. Chauncey later joined .38 Special.
