Biography
Blurt emerged as a new wave band whose original lineup included Ted Milton on saxophone and vocals, Pete Creese on guitar, and Jake Milton on drums. Keyboardist Herman Martin took Creese’s place once Bullets for You appeared in 1984. Guitarist Steve Eagles then supplanted Martin following the 1985 album Six Views in Black. Paul Wigens, playing drums and violin, assumed Jake Milton’s role beginning with Poppycock in 1986. Nick Murcott later replaced Wigens for the 1989 release Kenny Rogers' Greatest Hit (Take 2).
