Biography
Bobbie Cryner, a country-pop singer and songwriter, released her self-titled debut album, laced with honky tonk textures, in 1993 and received extensive praise from critics, yet its poor commercial showing prompted the label to let her go. After her divorce and a struggle with alcoholism, she resurfaced in 1996 via Girl of Your Dreams, a more polished and refined set that showcased her talent for both singing and composing ballads.
