Bobby King

Soul vocalists Bobby King and Terry Evans first joined forces on the Los Angeles club circuit during the early 1970s. Their busy careers as session singers led them in 1974 to contribute their signature harmonies to Ry Cooder’s Paradise and Lunch, initiating an extended run of work with the noted guitarist. Further dates followed alongside Boz Scaggs, John Fogerty, and Bob Dylan. In 1988 the pair released their first album under their own names, Live and Let Live!, with Rhythm, Blues, Soul & Grooves appearing two years afterward.
