Biography
Bolt Upright, an alternative rap-metal band, came together in Hollywood, CA, with singer Toriono "DJ Tory Tee" Mayek, his brother Damian Valentine Mayek on bass, guitarist David Aguirre, drummer Jeff "Heff" Holter, and DJ Johnny Love among its members. The group's first LP, Red Carpet Sindrome, surfaced on the Sony 550 imprint during the opening months of 1999.
