Biography
Forming the punk rock group Brand New Unit are drummer Gabe, guitarist Jinx, vocalist Gary, and bassist Ben. Originating as a Canadian ensemble in Vancouver, the band drew initial attention from regional broadcasters and periodicals through their area performances. The 1997 release of Diddley Squat on Creative Man enabled Brand New Unit to pursue wider listenership that would reach the U.S. market.
