Biography
A multi-instrumentalist and record collector who crafts pop songs in Los Angeles, Brandon Schott completed his songwriting studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, earning the degree in 1999. Following a stretch performing at neighborhood coffeehouses, he put together a trio featuring himself alongside bass, kazoo, and guitar player Greg Jamrok and drummer/kazoo master Dave Stalker. The ensemble soon took stages at clubs throughout the greater Los Angeles area, sharpening original material toward a future recording. Work on a full-length album began at Strawberry Blonde Studios in 2003, yielding the self-produced Release before the year ended.
