Biography
Brendan Gamble, working as a singer and songwriter, stepped away from the punk-driven intensity of The Poster Children and Moon Seven Times to explore a more melodic and compact approach. His first solo project, Heartless Moon, appeared in fall 2002. The album remains his most introspective collection yet, echoing the straightforward yet intricate elegance of Nick Drake, Jackson Browne, and the Red House Painters' Mark Kozelek.
