Biography
Emerging as a bold and candid personality, Brianna Taylor harnessed modern media outlets to achieve visibility, converting her participation in MTV's The Real World into a launchpad for vocal work. She entered the world on May 30, 1987, in Philadelphia, PA, and first performed vocally at weddings and shopping malls during her teenage years. Upon completing high school in 2005, she took up work as an exotic dancer, and a confrontation involving a former partner drew her into legal difficulties that culminated in anger management classes alongside probation. Struggles with meth and cocaine further disrupted her circumstances, yet only two months after overcoming those substance issues she joined the cast of MTV's The Real World: Hollywood as one of its participants in the twentieth installment of the long-running series. That visibility prompted an EP project with Chamberlain Records; the recording, bearing the straightforward title Brianna Taylor and jointly produced by Tomas Costanza and Matthew Blair, appeared in 2008.
