Broken Arrow

Formed in Canada, Broken Arrow originated through the collaboration of Paul Humphrey—vocalist and guitarist—and bassist Rick Joudrey, both of whom had previously played in Blue Peter. The Toronto-based pair produced their debut album, the smooth and atmospheric roots rock record Bend, in 1997. Joudrey’s exit prompted an expanded roster featuring guitarist Richard Pell, standup bassist D’Arcy Ritich (another Blue Peter alumnus), and drummer Rich Greenspoon, which delivered the follow-up Four Ways to Centre in 2000.
