Biography
The Brubeck Brothers consist of the sibling pair bassist/trombonist/pianist Chris Brubeck and drummer Dan Brubeck, both offspring of renowned jazz pianist Dave Brubeck. The two began appearing alongside their father during childhood, and they issued their debut recording, See How It Feels, in 1972. While serving as the central soloists within the ensemble, the Brubeck Brothers typically operate as a quartet that has highlighted the contributions of guitarist Mike DeMicco, organist Pete Levin, and pianist Taylor Eigsti, among additional musicians. Following that initial release, the group has produced two further albums: Second Nature in 2000 and Intuition in 2006.
