Biography
Buffalo Nickel, an Atlanta quartet devoted to foundational rock, comprises singer/songwriter/guitarist Gary Stier, guitarist/vocalist Charlie Gray, bassist/vocalist Richard Turner, and drummer Brit Turner. Inspired by classic and southern rock, the ensemble earned opening slots with Steve Earle, Willie Nelson, Cracker, BR-549, and Fastball. Universal Records issued the group’s debut album, 33 1/3, during summer 2000.
