Biography
Buffetlibre operate as a production duo made up of Barcelona DJs Miguel Sánchez and Marc Constantí, supplying electro-fueled remixes, forward-thinking DJ sets, and studio material oriented toward indie aesthetics. The pair came together in 2009 and immediately entered the European festival circuit, landing slots at Sonar and the MTV Beach Festival during their opening season. Their self-titled debut EP surfaced in 2010, coinciding with the duo’s release of the PEACE compilation, a 180-artist MP3 anthology whose earnings went to Amnesty International. They joined the Tommy Boy roster in 2013 and issued their first full-length, Songs for Elaine, an album that incorporated vocals by Micah P. Hinson, Peter Von Poehl, Nick Krill, and further contributors.
