Biography
Hailing from Puerto Rico, Caleb Calloway first gained worldwide notice as a DJ and producer within EDM circles before redirecting his focus entirely to Latin Urban music. Having started making beats while still a teenager, he relocated to New York for audio engineering training and quickly immersed himself in the local techno circuit. Professional DJ work followed soon after, and by the middle of the 2010s he was regularly opening for house icon Loco Dice at clubs throughout the Americas. He maintained a steady presence at leading venues in San Juan, New York, Miami, Barcelona, and Ibiza while also supplying productions and remixes to labels including Desolat and NoExcuse Records. As the decade drew to a close, however, he stepped away from electronic music and committed fully to Latin Urban. Recognition as one of the scene’s foremost producers came rapidly, bringing an extensive catalog of credits earned alongside both established stars and emerging talents such as Young Miko, Saiko, Alejo, Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro, Duki, Feid, Polimá Westcoast, Yandel, Ryan Castro, Moffa, and others. After issuing the singles “O Millas,” “Guayeteo,” and “Carnet,” he released his debut EP in late 2024.
