Biography
Forming in Boston toward the end of 1997, Calendar Girl brought together guitarists and vocalists Johnny Anguish and Paul Wisner, the latter formerly of Ultrabreakfast, bassist and vocalist Eric Krauter, who had previously played with Drumming on Glass, and drummer Dave Foy. The following year the quartet laid down a demo that earned local critical acclaim along with radio airplay. Their Cool Rocketships in Space EP appeared in 1999, after which Calendar Girl devoted most of 2000 to touring and tracking material for the debut album Everyone But You, issued that spring on Intelligent Records.
