Biography
Australian producers Ryan Grieve (aka Ryan Sea-mist) and Leo Thomson (aka Leo Holiday) established Hole in the Sky Records to issue their separate solo recordings. After releasing Tame Impala’s debut EP, the pair joined forces on a retro-flavored dance project called Canyons. Their first album, Keep Your Dreams, drew from Chicago house, disco, ambient techno, and French electronic music, and Modular Records issued it in late 2011.
