Biography
Hailing from Chicago, the three-piece outfit known as Catfish Haven crafts indie rock that's raw, soulful, and melodic, drawing influences from both the frigid North and the sultry South in a blend of fervor and danger. The band's moniker originates from the Missouri trailer park that served as the childhood home for frontman George Hunter, and alongside him are bassist Miguel Castillo together with drummer Ryan Farnham; their output on Secretly Canadian includes the dynamic inaugural EP Please Come Back along with the debut album Tell Me, both issued in January 2006, with Devastator arriving two years later.
