Biography
Emerging onto the scene in 2017, South Korean singer Cha Ga Eul (차가을) built her profile through a gentle piano-ballad approach, harnessing soaring and wide-ranging vocals to shape pieces rich in emotional depth.
Originally named Cha Eun-Gyeong (차은경), the vocalist Cha Ga Eul (차가을) introduced herself via the digital single “설레어와” that same year, issuing “We Were Once Beautiful Together” in 2019. Signed to Monday Kiz Company, she navigated the early 2020s with successive piano ballads such as 2020’s “If You Drink,” 2021’s “Longing Through the Light,” “Make Me Cry” (with Jang Sae Byeok), and “Loved You So Dearly in Winter,” along with 2022’s “Incoming Call.” Turning toward brighter tones on “Make a Memory,” she entered 2023 with the ballads “As Much as I Loved You,” “Fix Make-Up,” and “Dear Fall,” in addition to soundtrack contributions for Love Interference 2023 and Beginning Is the First Kiss.
