Biography
Chainsuck, an ambient pop unit, originated in Boston in 1992, its roster featuring vocalist/guitarist Marydee Reynolds, keyboardist Robert Trifiro, drummer Michael J.F. Smith, sampler Doug Vargas and producer Lamar Lowder. Fan and onetime Revolting Cocks frontman Chris Connelly forwarded the group’s demo tape to Wax Trax! Records, which promptly signed Chainsuck and issued the 1996 debut Angelscore. Kindly, Stop for Me appeared three years later.
