In 2000 Cherry Bomb Club generated considerable attention throughout Denver's electronic music community by issuing their self-titled debut disc. A shifting lineup of singers—Erica Brown, Legendary, Angie Defrancis, Lisa Sims, and Sexyboy—supplied a striking range of vocal performances that enhanced Divine Shaker's upbeat selection of programmed beats and guitar textures, producing a lively recording devoted to celebratory sounds. The group then vanished without warning once the disc appeared.
