Biography
Norway serves as home base for Circles End, an ensemble that originated in 1994. By 1996 the musicians had shifted focus to composing original material while simultaneously pushing the boundaries of their sound. Their debut recording appeared in 1998 as the EP Circles End. The follow-up full-length In Dialogue With the Moon arrived three years later in 2001. Current members are Omar Emanuel Johnsen, Jarle Pettersen, Karl Riis Jacobsen, Gøran Kristiansen, and Trond Lunden.
