Biography
Contemporary pop group Cloning Einstein emerged from the Philadelphia suburbs, where Jeff James Beck, serving as lead singer and keyboardist, joined forces with guitarist Joe Black in various high school ensembles. After assembling the full lineup alongside bassist Joe Dougherty, drummer Colin Diemer, and vocalist Tom Scheid, the band performed frequently across college campuses and venues in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey before releasing their debut self-titled album during autumn 1999.
