Biography
Daisy Coburn first drew widespread notice at fifteen as the electro-pop singer fronting Daisy Dares You, a project she formed with songwriter Matthew Marston. Influenced by the styles of Lily Allen and Kate Nash, whose work also shaped her own quirky material, she maximized MySpace by uploading fresh demo recordings and blog entries that steadily expanded her following. That approach led Jive Records to sign her in 2009 and schedule her debut album for release in early 2010.
