Biography
Daniel Cage, a singer and songwriter, experienced a peripatetic upbringing that took him through San Francisco, New York, and Stockholm, Sweden. Music remained a steady presence amid those moves, with early favorites that ranged from David Bowie and Neil Young to Earth, Wind & Fire. By his teenage years that admiration had shifted into active creation, prompting him to pick up guitar and begin writing songs. After spending part of the 1990s alongside the Origin, he delivered his first album, Loud on Earth, on MCA in mid-2000.
