Biography
Singer Daniel Market grew up in Evansville, IN. Once his initial performances took hold, he launched into frequent road work, appearing regularly at venues throughout the United States and returning often to Nashville. Coverage in outlets such as Performing Songwriter followed, and by 2000 he had issued three full-length albums. Tasty Tunes From Esoteric Acres arrived first, featuring tracks including "More Than Anybody Else" and "Some of Bud's Blues."
His next release, Afraid of What I Wear, presented "Trailer Trash," "The Ballad of Lonely Clifford Green," "For Carrie," and "The Tirade Against Religious Hypocrisy Medley," mixing folk, blues, rock, and jazz. Wonderland Avenue continued in the same vein, giving listeners another collection in that style.
